Once a project is marked completed and has been approved by the client, any additional revision requests will be invoiced according to the current revision price list.

A: A deposit is due before services are provided and the final payment is due prior to the project being released. It is strongly advised to book a consultation to be provided an understanding of the full process, though it is not required. All deposits are non-refundable.

A: Revisions are generously provided in order to reach the customer’s satisfaction, however, the number of revisions is subject to what is agreed in the contract. In the event a client is dissatisfied with the service, refunds are discretionary.
