  • Q: Is there a charge for revisions?

A: There are no charges for revisions during the designing process, but the number of revisions is limited to what is agreed in the contract. Once a project is marked completed and has been approved by the client, any additional revision requests will be invoiced according to the current revision price list.

  • Q: Is there a discount provided for bulk orders?

A: Clients are provided a discount for bulk orders of at least 5. The value will vary by requested service. Please contact us for a quote.

  • Q: When is payment for services expected?

A: A deposit is due before services are provided and the final payment is due prior to the project being released. It is strongly advised to book a consultation to be provided an understanding of the full process, though it is not required. All deposits are non-refundable.

  • Q: What if I don’t like the finished project? Can I get my money back?

A: Revisions are generously provided in order to reach the customer’s satisfaction, however, the number of revisions is subject to what is agreed in the contract. In the event a client is dissatisfied with the service, refunds are discretionary. The deposit is non-refundable, but the client may request a partial refund by contacting the main office via email contact@chaneyjames.info
